About us

Based in Berlin, Upstream CFD was founded in January 2019 by a team of five experts in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Computational Aeroacoustics (CAA). An established team of colleagues for over 10 years, the founders bring a total of 60 years professional experience in R&D and industrial consulting.

Services

High-fidelity aerodynamic and aeroacoustic simulation are enabling technologies for the efficient design of optimised products. From large OEMs through to SMEs and consultancies, our range of services offer direct access to the necessary methods and expertise.

We primarily work with the open-source CFD environment OpenFOAM®, and have development experience in proprietary third-party codes.
